Johanna Nazzar DAOM, L.Ac, CFMP
Johanna Nazzar is a a Doctor in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She also holds a Masters Degree in Oriental Medicine, she holds two Bachelor degrees in Biomedical Science and Health Sciences with a Minor in Psychology. She has had extensive training in Functional Medicine for the last 10 years and has been board certified as a Functional Medicine Practitioner. She has a unique skill to integrate Eastern and Western medicine to provide a comprehensive approach to deal with disease. She has great experience in autoimmune conditions, gastrointestinal diseases and hormonal imbalances amongst many other conditions.
She is constantly furthering her education through diplomate programs and attending conferences to stay on top of the newest research. She dedicates every Monday to research and sees patients Tuesday through Saturday.

With her well rounded background, she bridges eastern and western medicine and their modalities to deliver complete healthcare. She provides a well developed, integrated treatment plan tailored to meet each patient’s individual needs. She incorporates Functional Blood Chemistry, Nutrition, Herbology, Nutraceuticals, Customized Detoxification plans and Acupuncture into her treatment plans as needed. She provides expertise to those experiencing hormonal imbalance, digestive problems, fatigue, insomnia, depression/anxiety, chronic pain and much more. She delivers individualistic, integrative and holistic based treatments to guide the body back into an optimal state of health.
- Traditional Chinese Medicine includes modalities such as acupuncture, moxa, herbs, cupping and Tuina.
- Nutrition is based on blood work, blood type, and the condition being treated.
- Functional medicine is based on blood testing, hormone testing, adrenal stress testing, Nutrient testing, Food sensitivity testing, heavy metal testing, neurological testing and a thourough physical evaluation.
Jennifer Malloy L.A.c, Dip O.M.
Jennifer Malloy is a Licensed Acupuncturist with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and a Masters in Oriental Medicine. She attended the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She is board certified by the National Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), holds a Diplomat in Acupuncture and is licensed by the Florida State Board.
As part of the Broward Acupuncture & Holistic Medicine staff, she assists in supporting all treatments and specifically specializes in pain management. She also believes in the integration of Eastern and Western medicine in treating illness and pain to maintain and strengthen the body for optimal health. Her approach to acupuncture is to put a unique twist on the ancient art of Traditional Chinese Theory; whilst incorporating herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, and other forms of holistic medicine that heal and revitalize the human body.As an active individual, Jennifer has specialized experience in treating and providing a foundation in pain management, sports therapy, fatigue, and improved endurance for long term health. By facilitating the body in the process of strengthening both mental and physical health and utilizing multiple styles, she is able to tailor her treatments to the individual patient for any pain or condition that hinders a patient’s ability to reach their maximum potential.
