Supplements chosen from the findings.

A supplement plan is a prescription, not a shopping list. We prescribe from test findings and discontinue when the marker is resolved.

How we prescribe
Three unmarked amber-glass supplement bottles arranged on a cream linen cloth in soft window light.
Practitioner-grade, third-party tested, dosed therapeutically.

We recommend supplements only when there is a clear reason — a test finding, a clinical presentation, a specific gap in the diet — and always with a plan for how long you’ll take it and what we expect to see.

Brands we prescribe are practitioner-grade, third-party tested for heavy metals and adulterants, and dosed to therapeutic levels. We stay away from blanket recommendations and the common practice of stacking a dozen supplements because they are trending.

What we look for
Printed supplement protocol sheet with handwritten dosing notes on a linen cloth, beside a small pill organizer with capsules sorted into compartments.
Written protocol — dosing, timing, and a date to reassess.
  • Nutrient deficiencies confirmed through blood and urine testing.
  • Methylation and genetic variants that change nutrient requirements.
  • Targeted cofactor support for detoxification pathways.
  • Adaptogens and adrenal support in stress-driven presentations.
  • Gut-support protocols during intestinal rebuild phases.
  • Cycle-supportive nutrients in women’s health cases.

Patients receive written protocols with dosing, timing, food-with/without instructions, and discontinuation criteria — not a list of labels.

Taking too many — or too few?

Bring your current stack to your intake. We'll keep what's working, stop what isn't, and add only what the findings call for.
