Return Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased through the Broward Integrative Medicine online shop at https://www.browardcenterofholisticmedicine.com. Because the products we sell are ingestible or applied to the body, U.S. health and safety regulations prevent us from reselling items once they leave our control. For that reason we accept returns for defective or damaged products only— we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened or unopened consumables.

Defective or damaged items

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. To qualify, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• The name of the affected product.
• A short description of the problem and, where possible, a photo of the item and packaging.

Once we confirm the issue, we will email a prepaid return label or, for damaged consumables that should not be shipped back, simply arrange your replacement or refund. Do not discard a defective item until we have confirmed how to proceed.

What is not eligible

• Opened or used consumable products returned for reasons other than a defect or shipping damage.
• Items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
• Products purchased from third parties — including supplements ordered through our Fullscript dispensary, which are governed by Fullscript’s own return policy.

Exchanges

We do not operate a separate exchange program. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we handle it as a replacement or refund under the section above — there is no need to place a new order first.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we process the refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. If an approved refund has not posted after a reasonable period, contact us and we will follow up with our payment processor.
